Rosé of Pinot Noir from Christie Vineyard in Santa Cruz Mountains. Foot trampled and left for 12 hours on the skins, then pressed, fermented and aged in stainless steel. Two neutral French oak barrels were used for aging, as well. Hearty pink color, lilly, raspberry, strawberry cotton candy aromatics. Racy acidity and wet stone on the finish.
